Little Sweetie

Isn't she just the sweetest little thing? She really did not want to sleep very badly, she must be afraid of missing out on something!

And even when she finally did zonk out, she was still fighting it for a little bit :)

But then she finally relaxed into a little bit deeper sleep... just long enough to get a few more pics, then she was wide awake ready to eat again!

Oh... and the blonde hair! It's killin' me. It's just so dang cute!

How Did I Miss This One?

How could I have forgotten to post this one? We were just about to leave the park after taking so many fun pictures, and we decided to quickly do this one. I just LOVE their cute faces! I must have looked really funny standing over them! It just makes me SMILE everytime I look at it!

...that's what this family is about to be! They are being sealed in the Temple, and I was so honored to be able to do this session for them.

All because two people fell in love!

Brand New

I love brand new babies. They are just such a miracle. So tiny and so perfect. Here are a few of a sweet new baby girl you'll probably be seeing a lot of over the next little while.

This little cutie just had her third birthday. She was so funny... she really wanted NOTHING to do with me or my camera. I had to be really fast just to catch her looking at me! She sure is a pretty little thing, though. She had fun watching for ducks and catching bubbles... who wouldn't rather be doing that?! It was fun and I loved meeting her and getting to know her.

I think this last one is my favorite!

Fun Bridal Session + A Groom!

My sweet sister-in-law asked me to take her Bridal portraits. I was super excited! I just knew they'd be fun. We dragged her awesome fiance along, too. We told him that since he was there, we'd do some "Groomals" too and include him in some pictures. Here are a whole bunch of pictures...

I love this one... but couldn't decide which I liked better - Black and White, or Color!

When I got them posed for this next one, we realized that it kind of looked like a pose from an old pioneer wedding photo, so we went with it! Those of us on my side of the camera were laughing... I don't know how they kept a straight face! So here is our version of the old-time wedding photos!

One for now...

I took my oldest daughter out to try some new locations to use for a bridal shoot. She was a great model (and her sister was a great assistant). We got a TON of great shots. I'll just post one for now... I'll be back later with more.

Senior Pics... a little late!

My cute sister-in-law, who is living with us while she goes to Massage Therapy school, never had her senior pictures taken while she was still living in Virginia. She has been getting threats from MaMa that her frame is about to be used for someone else if she doesn't provide a picture soon! MaMa has this great senior picture display of all of her grandchildren... and there is one important person missing! So we decided to do a really quick little photo session so she could send one for Mother's Day. When I say quick and little, I mean it. I think we only spent about 10 minutes total. We got the one that will "match" the rest, but I really think this one is my fave.

... and converted to black and white. I'm really loving black and white lately!
